I have got all my tattoos for Mike, there simply is no one better. I express my ideas and thoughts of what i am looking for and draws up exceptional tattoos that each time exceed my expectations and nails it everytime. I asked Mike a few years ago to do a tattoo on my foot for me and I kept putting it off. I finally got it done and I am really happy with it. I told Mike what i was looking to get and he came up with something really nice. So at this point I've been tattooed through 3 shops and seven different artist. I had a sleeve started at one place but wasn't happy with certain ways the artist was going... Then i met neckbone. He took certain areas of the previous guys work and manipulated it to make more sense astetically. He's moved to a different shop since I first met him and now I have to travel 30 miles to do get his work done... But i do it because i won't go to anyone else from now on. You want something done...he can do it, and probably better than you'd think. Out of all 7 guys who have worked on me, not only is he the best artistically, somehow he's less painful than the others. There's times I barely feel it and yet the work is amazing. Neckbones the shit! Don't go for hamburger when there's filet around...hear what I'm sayin? I first met Mike back in 2009 when he did a piece on my ankle, sun & moon with stars, and I was very pleased. I always wanted to get my iguana as a tattoo since I got him, so for his 10th birthday I made it official. I approached Mike with the idea & some pictures and he seemed excited to draw something up which made me feel comfortable. I went back to him to see what he came up with and it was an absolutely beautiful piece of artwork! We were both really pumped at this point and couldn't wait to get it on my skin. A lot of time went into this tattoo and it definately shows. I would recommend Mike to anyone. Mike and I were close friends in high school and I hadn't seen him in about 15 years. I hooked up with him on Facebook and saw that he had gotten into tattooing. I told him I was looking to do some cover up and asked if he would be interested (as well as my son's first tattoo). I thought it would be cool to not only see him but have an old friend drop some ink on me and the boy. Anyhow, I gave him a vague description of what I was looking to do and he created two, extremely nice pieces (DIA DE LA MUCHACHA MUERTO, and our last name for my son which is not posted yet). Anyhow, I drove eight hours each way, and Mike did not dissapoint. In fact, he tolerated a lot of crying in which he might not have if had not been a friend of his. Yes I mean me, not my son.
