Mike Harmon, aka “NeckBone,” is the proud owner (and an artist) at NeckBoneInk Tattoo & Gallery whose journey began in Southern California, where the realism of airbrushed murals on vans first sparked his love for art. After years of custom airbrushing—from T-shirts to cars and motorcycles—Mike turned to his true passion: tattooing.

With roots in SoCal culture and a background in military service, entrepreneurship, and fine detail work, Mike brings a gritty realism and deep personal influence to every piece. Tattooing professionally since the early 2000s, his style blends bold storytelling with refined technique, shaped by decades of artistic hustle.

The Process
Bring me your idea(s), reference pics and/or your drawings, (even if their chicken scratch) and we can design your tattoo more efficiently.
A minimum Appointment Deposit of $150 is required before I start drawing your design. deposit is applied/credited to final cost of tattoo. be sure to read our deposit policy before making a payment
After I have a deposit and the details of what you would like in your tattoo, I will sketch your design and send to you for approval, at this stage you can request edits to the layout .
note: tattoo designs that take me more than 2 hours to draw will require an additional drawing fee that will not be credited to final cost of tattoo

Tattoo Pricing-
small tattoos that take me less than 1.5 hours are flat rate priced, and generally will be $150- $250 price range.
Larger scale tattoos are anything that takes more than 2 hours of tattooing and are charged at $150 per hour.
Note: pricing is approximate and based on how much estimated time it will take to apply the tattoo, that being said, I will be able to give you an estimate with low to high range of estimated time & price of the tattoo. keep in mind- anything you add to the design after a price was estimated might effect total cost.
